A526 Chanfering and rounding router cutter

Application: Router cutterhead for jointing with round and chamfering edge of softwood and
hardwood, coated, veneered and uncoated wood base materials such as chipboard, plywood
and MDF. Adjustable to different piece thicknesses.
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers, etc.
Technical information: Router cutterhead with steel body, profiled knives in tungsten carbide
(HW), ensuring the same diameter and cutting height of the tool when changing blades. Supplied
without knives for assemble multiple radius knives (R2- R3- R4- R5- R6- 7x45º).
Application: Porte-outils à queue pour fraisage, arrondir et chanfreiner les bords de pièces pour
bois tendres a bois durs, dérivés du bois avec ou sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués
et MDF, entre autres. Réglable selon différentes hauteurs du matériel à usiner.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, machines stationnaires, entre autres.
Caractéristiques Techniques: Porte-outil à queue avec corps en acier et plaquettes profilées
au carbure (HW). Le même diamètre, profil et hauteur de coupe sont garanties dans l’échange
des plaquettes. Outil peut être monté avec plaquettes à différents rayons (R2- R3- R4- R5-R6-
7x45º). Plaquettes sur demande.
