Porte-outils à profiler

Application: Universal router cutterhead for softwood and hardwood, coated, veneered and
uncoated wood base materials such as chipboard, plywood and MDF.
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers, portable routers, etc.
Technical information: Router cutterhead with steel body, profiled knives in tungsten carbide
(HW), ensuring the same diameter and cutting height of the tool when changing blades. Supplied
with set of knives (1 piece from each profile from P1 to P9). Other models can be produced on
request according to the illustrative layout of the profile area.
Application: Porte-outils à profil à queue pour rainer sur bois tendres a bois durs, dérivés du
bois avec ou sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués et MDF, entre autres.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, machines stationnaires, machines portatives, entre autres.
Caractéristiques Techniques: Porte-outil à queue avec corps en acier et plaquettes réversibles
au profil double au carbure (HW). Le même diamètre, profil et hauteur de coupe sont garanties
dans l’échange des plaquettes. Fournis avec une plaquette de chaque profil (P1 a P9). D’autres
profils peuvent être fabriqués selon le choix et la demande du client et suivant le schéma et la
surface disponible à profiler.
