Application: Cutterhead for strong glue joint assemblies on softwood or hardwood in the cross
direction of the wood fiber
Machine: To be mounted on arbors for use on CNC machines
Technical information: Cutterhead with steel body, profled knives in tungsten carbide (HW),
ensuring the same diameter, profile and cutting height of the tool when changing knives. For
perfect joint of material by adjusting the profile to the middle height of the wood, as sketched.
Tool body with top and bottom recess to allow use on both RH and LH rotation. Arbor for tool
holding not included.
Application: Porte-outils extensible à abouter pour bois tendres a bois durs dans le sens
transversal de la fibre, pour union longitudinale de profils, encadrements, entre autres.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, pour montage sur arbre porte-fraises.
Caractéristiques Techniques: Porte-outils avec corps en acier et plaquettes profilées au
carbure (HW). Le même diamètre, profil et hauteur de coupe sont garanties dans l’échange
des plaquettes. Pour joints collés au centre du bois suivant les schémas. Corps avec évidement
supérieur et inférieur pour montage en sens de rotation gauche et sens de rotation droite. Arbre
porte-fraises n’est pas fourni avec l’outil.
