Application: Router cutterhead for boring, grooving and rebating. For production of doors
lockset cases on softwood and hardwood, uncoated wood base materials such as chipboard,
plywood and MDF.
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers, etc.
Technical information: Router cutterhead with high density steel body and tungsten carbide
knives, ensuring the same diameter, profile and cutting height of the tool when changing knives.
Body with positive helicoidal design ensuring great chip removal. In deep rebating operations
is recommended to work in increments of H= 4 to 15 mm. With cylindrical shank, for application
in flank-clamping chucks please state type of shank or enclose a detail sketch or sample (not
included).
Application: Porte-outils à queue pour serrure de porte, à plaquettes. Pour le fraisage des
logements de serrure sur portes en bois pour bois tendres a bois durs, dérivés du bois avec ou
sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués et MDF, entre autres.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, machines stationnaires, entre autres.
Caractéristiques Techniques: Porte-outils droit à queue avec corps en acier d’haute densité
et plaquettes en carbure (HW). Le même diamètre, profil et hauteur de coupe sont garanties
MEC dans l’échange des plaquettes. Corps avec hélice positif, ce qui garantit l’évacuation optimale
HW des copeaux. Pour une ébauche plus profonde, nous recommandons une programmation par
incréments de H= 4 mm à 15 mm. Fraise à queue cylindrique, pour utilisation sur agrégats
à systèmes de fixation avec méplat spécifique. Indiquer le genre de méplat prétendu (sur
demande).
