Application: Jointing cutterhead for softwood and hardwood boards in longitudinal and cross
direction of the fiber, coated, veneered and uncoated wood base materials such as chipboard,
plywood and MDF, with and against the feed.
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers, etc. Set in arbor with shank.
Technical information: Cutterhead with light alloy body, two edges reversible knives in tungsten
carbide (HW), ensuring the same diameter and cutting height of the tool when changing blades.
With alternative axial angle for better finishing quality on both board edges. Body prepared to
allow LH and RH right rotation sense arbor assemble. Arbor not included.
Application: Porte-outils à dresser pour bois tendres a bois durs dans le sens longitudinal et
transversal de la fibre, dérivés du bois avec ou sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués
et MDF, entre autres. Fraisage en avalant ou en opposition.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, machines stationnaires, montés sur arbre porte-fraise.
Caractéristiques Techniques: Porte-outils avec corps en aluminium et plaquettes réversibles
de deux coupes en carbure (HW). Le même diamètre et hauteur de coupe sont garanties dans
l’échange des plaquettes. Avec angle d’axe alterné, ce qui garantit une excellente finition sur
les surfaces du panneau. Corps avec évidement gauche et droit, ce qui permet le montage pour
MEC rotation gauche (LH) et rotation droite (RH). Arbre porte-fraise fournis sur demande.
