Porte-outils à profiler

Application: Multi-profile router cutterhead for softwood and hardwood in longitudinal. Allows
execution of different profiles tailored according customer request.
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers, etc.
Technical information: Router cutterhead with steel body, to use with back serrated knives in
high speed steel (HS) with 6 mm thickness. To use knives with 40 mm height for maximum profile
depth of 16 mm. Tool supplied without knives.
Application: Porte-outils multi profil à queue pour profiler sur bois tendres a bois durs. Possibilité
de fabriquer sur demande différents profils selon le choix du client.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, machines stationnaires, entre autres.
Caractéristiques Techniques: Porte-outil à queue avec corps en acier pour monter des
couteaux à dos cranté en acier rapide (HS-18%), épaisseur de 6 mm. Outil fournis sans couteaux
à dos cranté. Couteaux de 40 mm d’hauteur pour une profondeur de profil maximum de 16 mm.
