Porte-outils à profiler

Application: Multi-profile router cutterhead for softwood and hardwood in longitudinal and cross
direction of the fiber, coated, veneered and uncoated wood base materials such as chipboard,
plywood and MDF. Allows execution of different profiles tailored according customer request.
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers, etc.
Technical information: Router cutterhead with steel body, profiled knives in tungsten carbide
(HW) and back support wedge ensuring the same diameter, profile and cutting height of the tool
when changing blades. Profiling tool with possibility to manufacture several profiles only with
blade and back support plates change. Tool supplied without knives and support plate.
Application: Porte-outils à profiler à queue pour fraisage sur bois tendres a bois durs, dérivés
du bois avec ou sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués et MDF, entre autres. Possibilité
de fabriquer sur demande différents profils selon le choix du client.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, machines stationnaires, entre autres.
Caractéristiques Techniques: Porte-outil à queue avec corps en acier, plaquettes au carbure
(HW) et plaques d’appui pour profiler selon le choix du client. Le même diamètre, profil et
hauteur de coupe sont garanties dans l’échange des plaquettes. Fournis sans plaquettes et
sans plaques d’appui. Possibilité de produire différents profils sur plaquettes et plaques d’appui
MEC interchangeables.
