Fraise à défoncer pour application de NESTING

Application: Router for boring, grooving and trimming coated, veneered and uncoated wood
base materials such as chipboard, plywood and MDF. For excellent finishing quality on both
board edges. Recommended for nesting operations with great finishing quality on both piece
edges.
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers, etc.
Technical information: Straight router with high density steel body and brazed polycrystalline
diamond teeth’s (DP). With alternated shear angle and negative helicoidal tips arrangement
to ensure great finishing on both board edges and good chip removal. Brazed polycrystalline
diamond plunging tip (DP) for boring. High performance tool for high speed rates.
Application: Fraise droite à queue pour percer, rainer et dresser les dérivés du bois avec ou
sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués et MDF, entre autres. Pour opération de nesting
qui exige une excellente finition des surfaces de la pièce à usiner.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, machines stationnaires, entre autres.
Caractéristiques Techniques: Fraise droite à queue avec corps en acier d’haute densité
et tranchants en diamant polycristallin (DP). Excellente finition et dégagement des copeaux
optimale grâce à la disposition des dents en hélice négatif et angle d’axe. Coupe centrale
MEC pour perçage en diamant polycristallin (DP). Outils à queue de haute performance pour grande
DP vitesse d’avance.
