Application: Straight router cutterhead for rebating and trimming softwood and hardwood,
coated, veneered and uncoated wood base materials such as chipboard, plywood and MDF.
For pre-cutting operations.
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers, etc.
Technical information: Straight router cutterhead with light alloy body and reversible tungsten
carbide knives (HW), ensuring the same diameter and cutting height of the tool when changing
knives. With reversible spurs for rebating with great quality. Helicoidal tips arrangement reducing
cutting effort, promoting a softer cut with noise reduction.
Application: Porte-outils à queue pour dresser et feuillurer sur bois tendres a bois durs, dérivés
du bois avec ou sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués et MDF, entre autres. Pour
opération d’ébauche.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, machines stationnaires, entre autres.
Caractéristiques Techniques: Porte-outil droit à queue avec corps en aluminium et plaquettes
réversibles au carbure (HW). Le même diamètre, profil et hauteur de coupe sont garanties dans
l’échange des plaquettes. Araseurs pour feuillurer, ce qui garantit une excellente finition. La
disposition hélicoïdale des plaquettes réduit l’effort de coupe, permet une coupe optimale et
MAN une réduction du niveau du bruit.
