Application: Router for grooving and trimming softwood and hardwood, coated, veneered and
uncoated wood base materials such as chipboard, plywood and MDF. For pre-cutting operations.
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers, etc.
Technical information: Straight router with steel body and reversible tungsten carbide knives
(HW), ensuring the same diameter, profile and cutting height of the tool when changing knives.
Alternate shear angle to ensure great finishing on both board edges. Without plunging tip
allowing ramp plunge.
Application: Porte-outils à queue à rainer et dresser pour bois tendres a bois durs, dérivés du
bois avec ou sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués et MDF, entre autres. Pour opération
d’ébauche.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, machines stationnaires, entre autres.
Caractéristiques Techniques: Porte-outil droit à queue avec corps en acier et plaquettes au
carbure (HW). Le même diamètre, profil et hauteur de coupe sont garanties dans l’échange des
plaquettes. Coupe fractionnée et angle d’axe alterné pour une excellente finition des surfaces
de la pièce à usiner.
