Application: Router for boring, grooving and trimming coated, veneered and uncoated wood
base materials such as chipboard, plywood and MDF. For excellent finishing quality on both
board edges, with right hand (RH) and left hand (LH) sense of rotations for non blow out
operations without tool change.
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers, etc.
Technical information: Straight router with steel body and brazed polycrystalline diamond
teeth’s (DP). With alternated shear angle and negative helicoidal tips arrangement to ensure
great finishing in both board edges and good chip removal. Brazed polycrystalline diamond
plunging tip (DP) for boring. High performance tool for right and left hand rotation works adjusting
cutting height position and motor sense of rotation.
Application: Fraise droite à queue pour perçage, rainer et dresser les dérivés du bois avec ou
sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués et MDF, entre autres. Garantie une excellente
finition des surfaces de la pièce à usiner, avec rotation à droite (RH) et à gauche (LH) pour
opérations de pare-éclats sans changement d’outil.

Caractéristiques Techniques: Fraise avec corps en acier et tranchants en diamant polycristallin
MEC (DP). Qualité de coupe et dégagement des copeaux optimale grâce à la disposition des dents
DP en hélice négatif et angle d’axe. Coupe centrale pour perçage en diamant polycristallin (DP).
Outils à queue de grandes performances avec rotation à gauche (LH) et à droite (RH), avec la
possibilité de régler la hauteur du travail et le sens de rotation du moteur.

cutting apertures.

Technical information: Straight router with steel body and reversible tungsten carbide knives
(HW), ensuring the same diameter, profile and cutting height of the tool when changing knives.
Alternate shear angle to ensure great finishing on both board edges. With brazed tungsten
carbide plunging tip for boring.
Application: Porte-outils à queue pour perçage, rainer et dresser pour bois tendres a bois durs,
dérivés du bois avec ou sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués et MDF, entre autres.
Recommandé pour la découpe intérieure de panneaux.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, machines stationnaires, entre autres.
Caractéristiques Techniques: Porte-outil droit à queue avec corps en acier et plaquettes au
carbure (HW). Le même diamètre, profil et hauteur de coupe sont garanties dans l’échange des
plaquettes. Coupe fractionnée et angle d’axe alterné pour une excellente finition des surfaces
de la pièce à usiner. Coupe centrale au carbure rapporté (HW) pour perçage.
