Application: V grooving router, 90°, 135°or U profile for production of facade elements such as
corners and hoops, in construction applications, urban rehabilitation, etc. in composite boards
with aluminum and thermoplastic material (ex. Alucobond , Dibond , etc).

Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers, portable routers, etc.
Technical information: Profile cutter with steel body and brazed tungsten carbide teeth’s (HW)
and polycrystalline diamond teeth’s (DP). Profile cutter with 90º (V-shape) suitable to work boards
up to 8,0 mm thickness and 135º (V-shape) suitable to work boards up to 4,0 mm thickness.
Application: Fraise à queue pour rainer en V, à 90º ou à 135º, ou en U sur panneaux composés

de façade: bords et cadres pour le bâtiment, renouvellement urbain, entre autres.

Caractéristiques Techniques: Fraise à queue avec corps en acier et tranchants au carbure
rapportés (HW) et en diamant polycristallin (DP). Fraise de profil en V de 90º permettant
de travailler des panneaux avec une épaisseur jusqu’à 8 mm. Fraise de profil en V de 135º
permettant de travailler des panneaux jusqu’à 4 mm.
